We charge actual shipping costs plus a very modest handling fee.In-stock items generally ship within 2 to 3 business days after we receive your order. Personalized items ship within 4 to 5 business days. Most of our cake toppers are made to order, and usually ship within 2 weeks of order receipt. Weekends and holidays may add a day or two to the shipping time. We do not bill your credit card until we are ready to ship the item. If you need an item faster, please give us a call at 1-877-561-5922 and we'll try our best to meet your needs. We ship anywhere within the United States, as well as to any of the 55 countries where PayPal accepts accounts. We're sorry, but we do not ship to countries that are not on that list. Individual cake toppers and centerpieces are usually shipped U.S. Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail. Multiple items requiring larger boxes will be shipped via a package service such as DHL, FedEx Ground, or UPS. If you order more than one product, the products may be shipped individually in separate packages. We pack cake toppers and other fragile items very carefully to avoid damage. If your product does arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for you to return it. Please note that products cannot be returned to our post office box, which is for correspondence only. You will need to contact us to get a return address. |
